Randy Gill is a naturally gifted motivational speaker, educator and professional trainer. He has a passion for educating children with a unique ability to discover treasure where others see nothing unusual. He teaches the basic core values of self-esteem, self-discipline and responsibility.

Having come from meager up-bringings and the youngest of twelve children, Randy turned his life into a success story. Empowered at an early age with self-esteem, self-discipline and self-determination, he was educated in the Detroit Public Schools where he excelled in science and math. He earned academic scholarships and graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. He also studied abroad in France and speaks French fluently.

Randy built a successful professional career as a Chemist. He was a chemical formulator and Operations Manager in the automotive industry for over twenty years. Many of his products are still used globally by General Motors, Ford and Chrysler. During this time he developed many science-related educational and mentoring programs for children. He devoted much time to empowering the lives of children and individuals, equipping them with the skills to be successful. Consequently he became founder and President of Tangible Horizons.

As a visionary leader in education and public speaking and a member of Toastmasters International, his workshops and seminars are tailored to culturally diverse ethnic groups. His trademark leadership style uses proven alternative methods that result in “Win-Win” solutions.

Active in numerous community-based programs, he is highly respected by parents, family and friends as mentor, role model and life skills coach. Randy conducts health and fitness workshops, teaches aerobics and has successfully motivated many to maintain a physically active lifestyle.
