Horizons was incorporated with a vision to provide motivational

Randy Gill

Randy
Gill is a naturally gifted motivational speaker, educator and professional

Camell Gardner

Camell
Gardner is a former teacher, counselor, and administrator for the
Detroit Public School system. Mr. Gardner earned his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Special Education and his Master of Education Degree in
Guidance and Counseling from Wayne State University. He has certifications
in teaching, guidance and counseling as well as educational administration
from the State of Michigan.
He has received numerous awards and recognitions during his career
including an Outstanding Educators’ Award from the Booker T.
Washington Business Association, Outstanding Leadership Award from

James D. Martin

James D. Martin is an Engineering Consultant
for AT&T and has worked in the communication industry for 38 years.
He has held numerous management positions within the AT&T organization.
Some of James’s positions included Design Engineer, Planning
Engineer and Integrated Area Planner. He retired from AT&T in

Robert R. Harmon
|
Robert
F. Harmon has been employed by General Motors for 37 years. In 1969,
Robert was hired at the General Motors (GM), Lordstown, Ohio facility.
In 1970, he entered the Skilled Trades, Employee in Training Program
(EIT). In 1977, he became the first African American Journeyman Die
Maker to complete the apprenticeship at the Lordstown GM facility.
Robert transferred to the General Motors Die Engineering unit in Troy,
Michigan in 1989. Since that time, he has worked as a Die Engineer
in the Troy and Auburn Hills GM facilities.
Robert was educated in the Youngstown, Ohio public schools graduating
from The Rayen High School in 1969. Robert has a natural talent in

Larry Polk

Larry
R. Polk is one of the founding partners of the law firm Diallo, Wilder
and Polk. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Larry was employed with the
General Motors Corporation for 19 years. After leaving GM, he began
